Business Violation Concerns
If you believe you have been a victim of fraudulent or deceptive business practices in the State of Texas, you may contact the Texas Attorney General’s Office to file a consumer complaint.

License Violation Concerns
If you believe a clinician has violated their professional code of ethics or acted outside the scope of their licensing regulations, you may file a complaint with the appropriate licensing board.

Requesting Records
Rockrose Therapy is required to retain client records for 7 years, or 5 years after a former minor client turns 18, in accordance with Texas law.
If needed, records may be requested through the client portal.
Administrative fees may apply.
